Restored historic industrial buildings in Greenpoint, including 61 Greenpoint Avenue and 126 Greenpoint Avenue, and the historic Tivoli Schoolhouse on Broadway in upstate New York, a Tax Credit funded renovation.
Financed and built affordable home-ownership projects on Manhattan Avenue in Brooklyn and on Pearl Street in Peekskill, New York.
Worked with non-profit organizations in Greenpoint and Fort Greene to build manufacturing incubators and specialty schools, including, 65 Harrison Street Food Factory and the Brooklyn Waldorf School located at One Jefferson Avenue.
