PDS Development Corporation (PDS) specializes in the financing and rehabilitation of historic industrial and commercial properties, with a focus on outer-borough industrial neighborhoods in New York City, including Gowanus and Sunset Park in Brooklyn and Long Island City in Queens.

Established in 1994 as a real estate development and advisory firm, we’ve grown into  a multi-discipline, integrated firm that buys, finances, designs, and builds our own portfolio of cash-flowing properties.  We also provide consulting and advisory services to non-profit organizations, institutional property owners and investment funds.

Our team has decades of building design and construction experience, and includes professionals with expertise in architecture and design, law, finance, construction, leasing and property management.

Current Projects & Properties for Lease

PDS is currently building a new 34,000 square foot industrial/commercial property at 497 Carroll Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn.One of the first M-zoned newly built structures in the community, the building broke ground in fall of 2017 and is scheduled for completion in 2020.The project includes a new 9-story structure with underground parking, high-ceiling, small- and mid-size industrial/commercial spaces which will be leased to artisanal producers, light manufacturers, and craftspeople and artists
